Greenlit Golf, LLC (“Greenlit Golf,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates greenlitgolf.com and the Greenlit Golf platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We collect information in the following ways:

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored securely through Supabase Auth and are never stored in plaintext.

Trip Data

Information you enter while planning trips — including trip details, golf courses, tee times, group member information, budget figures, and itineraries — is stored to power the Service and is visible to members of your trip group.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and device and browser information. This helps us understand how to improve Greenlit Golf.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Waitlist

If you submit your email address via our waitlist form, we store that email to notify you when the Service launches or becomes available to new users.

AI Interactions

Messages you send to the Golf Concierge are processed by our AI infrastructure to generate responses. These messages are used solely for that purpose — they are not sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used to train models without your consent.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Send transactional emails (e.g., trip updates, waitlist confirmation, account notifications)
• Power AI features including the Golf Concierge and itinerary builder
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account
• Understand how users interact with the Service so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal data. We do not display ads on the Service.

We use the following third-party services to operate Greenlit Golf. Each processes certain data as described:

Supabase

Provides our database and authentication infrastructure. Stores account information and trip data on our behalf.

Vercel

Hosts the Greenlit Golf application. Processes web traffic and request logs.

Anthropic

Powers the AI features (Golf Concierge, itinerary builder). Messages you send to the concierge are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's use of this data is governed by their privacy policy.

Resend

Delivers transactional emails (such as waitlist confirmations and trip notifications). Your email address is shared with Resend only for the purpose of sending these messages.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Trip data (courses, tee times, group details, itineraries) is shared with the other members of your trip group — people you invite or who join via your trip link.

If you generate a shareable trip brochure or share a trip link, the details included in that brochure or link become viewable by anyone who has the link. Please be mindful of the information you include in shared content.

We retain your account data and trip data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information and associated trip data will be removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption for data in transit and encrypted password storage via Supabase Auth.

No system is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have concerns about your account security, please contact us immediately at support@greenlit.golf.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You may also opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any such email.

California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. As noted above, we do not sell personal information.

EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and the right to object to processing. Our lawful basis for processing your data is the performance of our contract with you (providing the Service). To exercise your GDPR rights, contact us at support@greenlit.golf.

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@greenlit.golf.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. For significant changes, we may notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
