Terms of Service

By accessing or using greenlitgolf.com and the Greenlit Golf platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Greenlit Golf, LLC (“Greenlit Golf,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting.

Greenlit Golf is a golf trip planning platform. The Service includes:

• Trip planning and group management tools
• A golf course directory
• An AI-powered Golf Concierge and itinerary builder
• Tee time research and scheduling assistance
• Budget tracking and expense splitting
• Shareable trip brochures and trip reports

The Service is currently in early access. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep that information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@greenlit.golf.

Accounts are for individual use. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization.

You agree not to use the Service in any of the following ways:

• For any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• To abuse the AI Concierge — including submitting spam, harmful content, or attempts to manipulate the AI through prompt injection
• To scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written permission
• To attempt to access, interfere with, or obtain data belonging to other users
• To upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
• To impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

You retain ownership of the content you create within the Service — including trip data, notes, photos, and other materials you upload or enter (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant Greenlit Golf, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process your content solely to provide and operate the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights or violate any applicable law.

Shared links: Trip reports and brochures shared via a link are viewable by anyone with that link. You choose what to share; please be thoughtful about the information you include in shareable content.

The Service includes AI-powered features — including the Golf Concierge and the AI itinerary builder — that use large language models to generate responses and suggestions.

These features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. In particular:

• Course availability, pricing, and contact details should be verified directly with the golf course
• Tee time availability is subject to change; always confirm bookings independently
• AI-generated itineraries and recommendations are suggestions only, not professional advice

Greenlit Golf, LLC is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content. Use AI suggestions as a starting point and verify important details before booking.

Greenlit Golf, LLC owns all rights to the Service, including the brand, design, code, features, and content that we create. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

Golf course information in our directory is sourced from publicly available information and our own database. Course names and logos belong to their respective owners.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Greenlit Golf, LLC is not liable for:

• Inaccurate course information, pricing, or availability displayed in the Service
• Actions taken in reliance on AI-generated suggestions or itineraries
• Trip cancellations, travel disruptions, or outcomes of golf trips planned using the Service
• Loss of data due to technical failures, security incidents, or service interruptions

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the total fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Because the Service is currently free, this limit is $0.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@greenlit.golf. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or act in a way that harms other users or the integrity of the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before doing so, except where immediate action is necessary.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes, we may notify you via email or through the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
